West Burnside Apartment 11B comprises of two king size bedrooms (one with en-suite), a double bedroom and a fourth bedroom with children’s bunks. A separate family bathroom is also available with a bath & shower. The apartment has a large open plan kitchen and living area, where you will find a 50-inch smart TV, along with Superfast Broadband with 80 MB/sec speeds. There is a well equipped fitted kitchen which includes a 6-seater breakfast bar along with luxury branded appliances such as an American Style Fridge Freezer, Electric Cooker with Gas Hob, Dishwasher, Tassimo Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster and a Microwave.

The apartment offers a separate utility room with the facility of a washer/dryer and other amenities such as a hairdryer, iron/ironing board. Towels and Egyptian cotton bed linen are included for the duration of your stay as well as bathroom condiment supplies.

There is a private parking bay to the rear of the property with the space for two vehicles, along with elevator access from the car park level. There is also main entrance access from Bridge Street. A travel cot and/or high chair are also available upon request.

West Burnside Apartment 11C comprises of one king size bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with 32-inch smart TV’s. All of our apartments have private parking bays with space for one vehicle (two for West Burnside Apartment 11B) along with elevator access to the apartments from the car park level. Additional on-street parking is available at no cost adjacent to the property.

The streams join below the stunning Castle set in the Ochil Hills and runs down then glen into Dollar, and directly past our beautiful apartments.

A walk up the burnside to Dollar Glen, and then up to Castle Campbell is very popular for locals and visitors, where you will be able to enjoy the stunning elevated views of the surrounding area.

Dollar is within a 1-hour drive to the centre of both Edinburgh & Glasgow, and within 30-minutes from Stirling. It is surrounded by The Ochil Hills and is home of the prestigious Dollar Academy school.

The village itself boasts many shops including a supermarket, post office/news agent, traditional butcher, baker and a delicatessen – as well as several fine eateries, pubs and a wine bar to enjoy during your visit.

There are many quality golf courses nearby, but none quite as prestigious as Gleneagles which is only a 20-minute drive from Dollar, and the home of golf itself (St Andrews) which will take you less than 1-hour to get there. Knockhill Racing Circuit is also a 15 minute drive from Dollar in nearby Dunfermline.
